On 17 and 18 February 2026 we participated in Bologna in the final meeting and conference of the GRETA Project, organised within the Urban Mobility and Logistics Conference 2026. The event provided an opportunity to take stock of the results achieved during the three years of cooperation and to discuss future perspectives for sustainable urban freight transport in the participating Functional Urban Areas.
During the two days, partners presented the outcomes of the project’s initiatives, and in particular of pilot actions carried out in Budapest, Maribor, Poznań, Reggio Emilia and Verona. The pilots addressed several aspects of urban freight distribution, including curbside management solutions, urban micro-hubs and zero-emission options for last-mile deliveries.
The event also offered a valuable opportunity for exchange among partners and stakeholders on the main challenges encountered during the testing phase and on the potential opportunities of future cooperation for the consolidation and transferability of the solutions developed within the project.
